No Show/Late Cancellation Policy At Soulstice Studios, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. One of our top priorities at this studio is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your commitments. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing our group-fitness class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests. At this time, no fees will be charged for child care (12+ months). Please be mindful and cancel as quickly as you know you don't need it. That said, if it becomes an issue, we will instill this policy for that as well. Fees DO NOT APPLY to INFANT CARE GROUP-FITNESS CLASS AND INFANT CARE CANCELLATION POLICY We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Zenplanner App and clicking on the CALENDAR option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. Or you may go online through our website cancel. These are the ONLY ways to cancel a class! We will no longer be accepting messages via Social Media, emails, phone/text as a means of cancellation! If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you BEFORE a class is cancelled. We are here to help and want you to feel comfortable with the app and the cancellation process. Please cancel reservations up to NINE HOURS of a class starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you'll be missing. If you cancel after 9 hours AKA, “late cancel” you are charged $5, If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $10.00 "no show" fee*. (If there should be a sudden and TRUE emergency within the nine hour window, please contact us directly by email ONLY.) Late Cancel = less than 9 hours BEFORE class begins $5 per time No Show = When class has begun $10 Per time Why did you create this policy?
What happens if I have an emergency or unforeseen circumstance? If you have an emergency (e.g. car trouble, injury, sudden sickness) and are not able to cancel within 9 hours of the class start time, please email {SchoolEmail} and we can work with you. We know that things happen and life is unpredictable!
